Lower Back Pain: What is the cause
If you suffer from lower back pain, you should know you are not alone, millions of Americans suffer from this condition every day. How did this millions of people get help from the pain, can sometimes weaken? Well, frankly, at least, they wait just like I always do after being told by a doctor to rest for one to two weeks is the only thing that will help.
I was told that the only way to pain relief not to further worsen and the best way to do this is to stay in bed and move as little as possible. After years of dealing with the pain I decided to have to go for relief of pain and keep from returning.
The first thing I discovered was that my back pain was lower due to the two damaged discs in the bottom of my spine and the spine where the alignment of the sciatic nerve getting pinched me. When reached pinched nerve, becomes inflamed decided that causes pain in your lower back and sometimes extends down the leg.
The second thing I know is that by using a heating pad for pain relief, would make her feel better but, after removing the heat pain is worse so I will be applying again for a little heat relief, turned out to be the wrong thing to do. The right thing to do is apply cold (ice pack) for about twenty minutes each time every two hours or more, especially if lower back pain was first experienced. This is because the pain, 95% of the time was caused by inflammation and burning only better.
The third thing I discovered was that by spending five to ten minutes each morning doing the right stretching exercises not only help to relieve lower back pain but also helps the back. These exercises associated with extension or backward bending that helps keep the spine aligned.
